Just spray-painted some candlesticks I found at Goodwill and stuck them in the bedroom with some white candles. Not too shabby. The color is Krylon Celery High Gloss.
Also, here is an updated shot of the shelving we put in the dining area. Not quite how I am imagining it, but getting closer.
